I’m passionate about making a positive impact on the world, which is why I’m thrilled to be a Field Assistant at [THE SOIL SOLUTION]. In this role, I get to directly contribute to THE SOIL SOLUTION’S mission by engaging with communities, assisting farmers, and participating in field activities. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. I collaborate closely with my designated communities, farmers, and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of our projects. I find it incredibly rewarding to get positive feedback and comments from farmers and colleagues. When I’m not in the field, I like sitting in a group and telling stories to create harmony. I believe that by working together, we can create a more just and equitable world.
